ARTA primary members have elected Myles Noel and Daniel Gelac to fill two seats on its board of directors. Noel is the COO of COMTEX and is a returning director. Gelac is vice president of Kannegeisser and will join the board in January 2017.
ARTA received many excellent applications from members interested in serving on the board of directors. Based on eligibility criteria, the Nomination and Election Committee selected five nominees for this year’s ballot. The company holds ARTA membership; each company then designates a primary member. Only primary members vote in ARTA elections.
