Medicare TSL machines offer the same competitive advantages and function with the same key features as Braun’s standard models, including gravity assist loading and unloading, neutron suspension and touch screen controls.
In the contamination-free clean room environment, soiled laundry loads from one side; clean laundry unloads from the other. 
A full wall barrier and patented Mediflow negative air flow system prevent cross contamination of goods during the process. The cylinder’s smooth finish helps to minimize degradation of the items processed and significantly reduces the production of lint.
