JENSEN Welcomes Garnier and Giancola


PANAMA CITY, FL. – Laundry equipment manufacturer JENSEN USA, Inc. welcomes Alain Garnier as Manager of Parts and Service, and Craig Giancola as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast US.

Garnier takes the helm of its Parts and Service Teams, to lead JENSEN USA up to yet another plateau of outstanding JENSEN customer service. He comes to JENSEN USA with a strong background of high-level customer service where he has held several positions in similar functions with international companies; most recently as Director of Product and Customer Support with Volvo Penta, a Swedish manufacturer of internal combustion engines (ICEs) and complete power systems to the marine industry. There, he was in charge of the overall strategic direction for after-sales activities in North America, the Caribbean, and Central America. Prior, Garnier worked with other international companies such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and Chrysler. He holds a BSc in Marketing and International Business from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Giancola will be responsible for supporting equipment sales in the States of CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT. He brings over 25-years of laundry industry sales experience, most recently as Northeast Regional Manager for Venus Group textiles. Prior, he owned and operated a very successful laundry equipment distributorship for over 14-years and built OPL laundries, laundromats, and dry-cleaning plants throughout the Northeast. In addition, Giancola held sales positions for two laundry equipment manufacturers. Craig is a well-respected industry veteran and is looking forward to applying his vast equipment knowledge in support of current and future JENSEN customers. He holds a BSc in Marketing and Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Indiana.
