Dan Lilly joined Luthin Associates as Director of Distributed Generation and Energy Services. Lilly joined Luthin in May of 2017 with more than 15 years of experience in facility operations, planning design and construction, energy management, and central utility plant operations. He has held multiple positions with increasing responsibility, all with a focus on cogeneration, plant operations and maintenance.
At Luthin Associates, Dan is responsible for preparing cogeneration and microgrid feasibilities in cooperation with the commodity team. He also oversees energy master plans, greenhouse gas inventories, carbon reduction initiatives, negotiation of power purchase agreements and performance contracting. Among other responsibilities, he also assists with sales management, and contract development.
Dan Lilly, through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) certification program, is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He is also certified as a High Pressure Boiler Operating Engineer for New York City. Dan graduated from SUNY Maritime College with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering.
