The American Dryer Corporation AD-410 – Combines performance and durability with affordability.

FALL RIVER, Mass. – The AD-410 is part of American Dryer Corporation’s (ADC) complete line-up of industrial drying tumblers. Built upon the principle of large capacity, swift production at an affordable price, this 410 lb capacity dryer incorporates many standard features that make it the perfect choice.

Available in gas or steam heated, the AD-410 utilizes a standard stainless steel basket supported on machined tumbler rings for durability and smooth tumbler rotation. A true industrial drive system includes 11” drive wheels located at four supporting points and driven by a 7.5 HP motor and heavy-duty gear box. The entire drive system provides a reliable way to transfer power from the drive motor to the tumbler and all components are easily accessible from behind the hinged front panels. It`s state of the art 7.1 Microprocessor-control offers optimum operating efficiency with simple one touch drying and accurate operation.

Another unique feature is an easily accessible lint drawer located in the front of the dryer. This eliminates the need for costly external lint filters. To ensure maintenance free operation, the AD-410 uses a self-cleaning blower system. By directing compressed air at the fan blades at the end of each drying cycle, any lint build-up that could cause a fan imbalance is removed. This ultimately extends fan and bearing life.

The AD-410 is offered with a choice of tilt and door configurations so the machine is designed to be the perfect fit for the specific laundry operation. For laundries in need of the same design features but less capacity, ADC also manufactures two slightly smaller units, the AD-210, 210 lb capacity, and AD-310, 310 lb capaity that provide the same rugged durability and standard features as their larger brother AD-410.

ADC has been manufacturing commercial and industrial dryers for 50 years and its contribution to the laundry industry has been a long list of innovations that have become industry standards.
