Diamond Chemical Company, Inc., a national manufacturer of laundry, warewash, floor care, housekeeping, disinfecting and sanitizing products, organic intermediates and industrial products, has announced company career changes.
Sam Spence was added as VP of Business Development. He has over 25 years of experience in the linen supply industry, including more than 20 years as Plant Manager and General Manager for independent linen suppliers. Most recently, he served as a Senior Consultant for TBR Associates, the consulting division of Tingue Brown, where he partnered with clients to implement process improvement programs to improve throughput and increase profitability. He brings his experience in plant operations, sales, customer service, and process improvement to the Diamond team.
Brian Oels was added as Technical Representative. He brings over 25 years of experience in the commercial laundry industry. He has experience and expertise in productivity metrics, plant efficiencies, chemical formulations, and operations. Growing up in the industry has allowed Brian to gain knowledge of all facets of company procedures, regulations, and environmental compliance. He has also gained valuable relationships with vendors and industry suppliers throughout his career.
Peter Lisiecki was added as New England Regional Sales Manager. He has 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Janitorial/ Maintenance industry with The Butcher Co, JohnsonDiversey, Spartan Chemical and Kimberly Clark Professional. He brings his experience working with and growing distribution in the New England market to Starco Chemical.
Lucas Ireland has returned as Systems Installation Manager. He returns to the engineering team and will oversee all account installations for the Laundry Group. He brings multiple years of mechanical and electrical knowledge to his position.
