Ellis Corporation, a national leader in industrial water management technology solutions and industrial laundry machinery, has named Tom Haffner as Vice President of Sales. Haffner is a seasoned sales executive specializing in driving growth and building strategic partnerships in the industrial sector.

Haffner will lead Ellis efforts to identify new opportunities for delivering Ellis water solutions available with Uptime®, a first-of-its-kind IoT platform that goes beyond data, diagnostics and alerts to provide remarkably precise troubleshooting and repair guidance directly to operators on the production floor. “Uptime is trailblazing, actionable IoT that can deliver measurable value across industrial water and laundry KPIs,” said Haffner. “It represents a turning point for companies at the water-energy nexus. We’re going to ensure Ellis customers derive the maximum value of Uptime in their facilities.”
Prior to joining Ellis, Haffner held executive business development roles at Veolia North America and Xylem, leading both companies to achieve target growth objectives. He also led large projects to successful completion at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company. “I was fortunate to have a few highly impactful mentors who provided exceptional guidance and support, setting examples to follow. I’ve also been blessed with opportunities to lead great teams and manage complex projects during my career, and my role at Ellis draws on that culmination of knowledge and experience,” noted Haffner. “I’m really looking forward to helping Ellis advance its vision for a sustainable future.”
