Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), a provider of healthcare linen and laundry services, announced additions to its executive leadership team, in a recent news release. Brad Jacobsen was named Chief Commercial Officer and Michael Dudczyk as the Chief Operations Officer.
Jacobsen, now serving as the Chief Commercial Officer, brings more than two decades of business leadership experience to HLSG. In his new role, his mission is to guide the enterprise’s sales, marketing, customer service, and managed services strategies, all while emphasizing customer retention and fostering growth. His career began in consulting, where he worked closely with clients in various industry sectors. Later, he ventured into the private equity space, holding the position of Vice President of Strategic Services at Irving Place Capital. Most recently, Jacobsen held key positions at the publicly traded Agiliti Corp. (formerly Universal Hospital Services), including National Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Solutions Management & Strategy, and Vice President of Operations.
Michael Dudczyk, now serving as the Chief Operations Officer, began his career at the ground level on the production floor which led him to more significant roles with Aramark and Cintas. He joined HLSG in 2019 as the Vice President of Operations and ascended to Senior Vice President. In his latest role, Dudczyk is committed to building upon HLSG’s previous successes and establishing a world-class service organization, with a strong focus on production, engineering, safety, and transportation across the entire enterprise.
