The premium Polyflex Gold ironer cover is ideal for processing polyester fabrics, blends and other difficult to feed linens such as food and beverage napery that often bunch at the feed roll and exit with creases requiring costly go-backs.
Developed by Tingue for use on American Sylon, Super Sylon and other small-roll ironers, and offered exclusively from the company’s representatives, the Polyflex Gold flatwork ironer cover is available in 80-inch lengths as standard and may be extended with an optional, aramid lead cloth for use on American Hypro ironers. The ironer roll covering is available in widths of 104”, 114”, 124” and 132” and comes straight cut with cover springs and grommets as standard for quick installation. Clipper Laced, Hem and Wire end styles are offered as options.
