Tingue is proud to announce a significant contribution to the United Way’s Maui Fire Relief Fund. This donation is a result of its recent “March for Maui” challenge, which has ignited a spirit of unity and purpose within the organization.
Under the leadership of CEO David Tingue, Tingue’s operations teams undertook a collective challenge – walking a combined total of 500,000 steps in a single day last Thursday. The aim was not only to promote camaraderie among our team members but also to extend a helping hand to those affected by the Maui fires.
The dedication and passion exhibited by our teams were nothing short of exceptional. We also extend our gratitude to our valued customers, whose enthusiastic response to our e-commerce campaign contributed significantly to our fundraising efforts. For every $100 online order placed during the past week, a $50 donation was earmarked for the relief fund.
As a result of our collective endeavor, Tingue is proud to have raised a total of $4,500 for the United Way’s Maui Fire Relief Fund. In an image capturing the moment, CFO John Hurst (right) and Controller John Ortiz (left) can be seen holding the United Way donation check.
Our thoughts and well wishes remain with all those affected by the devastating fires in Maui.
