Prudential Overall Supply, announced their third completed Solar project installed at its Vista, CA Industrial facility.
The 284 solar panels system is sized for 168 KW and expected to generate 300,000 KwHr of electricity per year. This will allow the plant to receive 35% of its energy needs through the system.
This represents 200 metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalent greenhouse gas emissions savings per year.
With Vistas solar system; Prudential now is producing appx. 1,200 KwHr of Clean energy per year across three installed systems.
According to the company, two more systems are coming online by end of the year.
