Cintas has acquired SITEX, a supplier of uniform and facility service programs based in Kentucky. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
Sitex, established by the Sights family in 1961, has five locations, with operations in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
