MANAGER OF ENGINEERING – KEMCO | Clearwater, Florida
As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Kemco Systems is critical in delivering specialized water solutions that protect people and the environment. The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the safe, code‑compliant design of industrial water‑heating, wastewater‑treatment, and energy‑recovery systems for complex capital projects—delivered on time, on budget, and to scope. The position sets engineering standards, oversees custom engineered‑to‑order solutions, and provides day‑to‑day technical direction. The Engineering Manager also drives continuous improvement and builds a flexible, high‑performance team through lean practices, coaching, and systematic knowledge capture.

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – TINGUE | Remote | $140k – $165k 
Tingue is hiring a National Account Manager to drive strategic growth and manage key national and regional client partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, this full-time remote role focuses on expanding our Preferred Partnership Program, crafting service agreements, and delivering top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B experience in account management or sales, excels at building executive-level relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools (especially HubSpot and Shopify) is a plus. Travel up to 50% is required. Background in textile services or manufacturing is preferred.

The Production Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to all levels of the manufacturing operations and producing products and directing activities so that products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. Specific focus will be given to strategic planning, company-wide initiatives, goal setting and alignment through ongoing continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, productivity, profitability, occupational health & safety, and efficiency. Additional emphasis will be placed on high-mix, low-volume engineered-to-order/manufactured-to-order capital equipment manufacturing, aftermarket/parts fulfillment, tribal knowledge retention, and applied lean practices.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – KEMCO | US Remote
As part of the CECO Environmental family of brands, Kemco Systems plays a critical role in delivering specialized water solutions that protect both people and the environment. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supporting breakout sales growth and market share gain. The outside sales role will participate in the development of pricing, sales and channel strategies and actively build, promote and support a value selling approach to further expand margins. Critical co-workers include outside sales, applications engineering, system piloting, and marketing. Each RSM will have a defined territory referred to as their “region.” Each region will have targets that affect the outcome of the commissions.

Must reside in the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic territory – Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia. Travel is required. Base salary plus commission and benefits.

Must reside in the West territory – California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana. Travel is required. Base salary plus commission and benefits.
