Pellerin Milnor Corporation, a leader in sustainable laundry solutions, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its participation in The 2025 Clean Show in Orlando, FL. The event brought together industry professionals from across the globe to showcase Milnor’s latest advancements in laundry technology.
Throughout the show, Milnor met with hundreds of attendees eager to learn more about how Milnor helps laundries lower operating costs and improve productivity. To demonstrate this, the company showcased a wide variety of classic Milnor machines, including a 76039 3-mod PulseFlow® Technology tunnel washer section, MilRail® monorail display, 64064TG1 Pass Through Dryer, MPL640 Single Stage Press, MWT18X4 rigid-mount washer-extractor, 30022VRJ rigid-mount washer-extractor, M758V dryer, 36026V5Z rigid-mount washer-extractor, 42026V6Z rigid-mount washer-extractor, and 42032X7R suspended washer-extractor.
Additionally, the company showcased its newest equipment. Milnor’s latest innovations reflect the company’s enduring commitment to provide a broad product offering for its customers.
The MRF28032 rotary drum filter delivers superior wash results by dramatically reducing lint and hair redeposition on linen processed in tunnel washers. Its advanced mesh filtration system continuously cleans the wash liquor, ensuring it flows back into the module after removing a significant amount of particulate from the bath liquor. Lint and solids are efficiently captured, collected into a filter cake that is dewatered and automatically discharged by a spiral conveyor.
The MWS-Series aseptic barrier washer-extractors range from 60-200 lb (26-90 kg) capacity. These machines are manufactured at the Milnor factory in Kenner, LA and help healthcare laundries combat the recontamination of clean hospital linen. A barrier completely separates the soiled laundry handling area from the clean laundry section, and automatically controlled door safety interlocks maintain the integrity of complete separation. Milnor’s unique StaphAirtrol provides additional protection from bacteria-laden air from being discharged and in the clean laundry section.
Milnor has expanded its offering of PulseFlow tunnel capacities, including a 92036 185 lb (85 kg) tunnel, 92042 220 lb (100 kg) tunnel and 92048 260 lb (120 kg) tunnel. Additionally, the company announced its new matching 56 bar Single Stage Press, which can accommodate up to 185, 220 and 260 lb batches.
Also on display at The Clean Show was the company’s Total Plant Integration design. Milnor, in collaboration with Chicago Dryer, produced a solution to common issues in high-volume U.S. laundries. Highlights include reducing congestion through hanging unsorted linen and AGV cart management, Milnor’s MilRail® sling system with a simplified Sort-on-Rail option, a G6 CBW® washer with higher load capacity, and a Drum Filter to improve wash lint removal. A Hands-Off Processor replaces barrier washers, and a NearZero™ dryer lint system significantly reduces airborne lint. The plant includes ergonomic linen presentation to finishing operators, while robotic integration handles towels and small pieces. Full data integration connects with third-party ERP systems for seamless processing.
“We extend our gratitude to all who visited with us during the 2025 Clean Show, including our valued customers and dealer network, and look forward to the 2027 show in Las Vegas” said Executive Vice President and COO Rick Kelly. “We deeply value the opportunity to connect face-to-face with our partners and customers, strengthening the relationships that remain at the core of our growth and long-term success.”
