At Clean ’19, Consolidated Laundry Machinery (CLM) focused on CLM Certified (re-manufactured dryers), dryer control performance upgrades and its Consoli-Dry SmarTouch 4.0, CLM’s newest dryer control, on order for 2020.
CLM Certified re-manufactured dryers are built to last. The process includes a full teardown, structure repair, rebuild and paint. All doors are replaced, along with all gaskets, guards, belts and wheels. The basket is re-lathed and removable basket panels are added.
Each CLM Certified re-manufactured dryer is fitted with Dryer-Control Performance Upgrades which improve the performance and extend the life of a dryer. The process includes a redesigned UL approved electrical panel, improved maintenance and programming capabilities, and replacement of all electronic components.
Finally – each CLM Certified re-manufactured dryer receives a new machine warranty from CLM.
CLM’s Consoli-Dry SmarTouch is CLM’s newest high-def touch display. Features include advanced notification of imminent component failure and remote technician troubleshooting and maintenance. Dryer data reports can be accessed remotely via the Cloud. The Consoli-Dry SmarTouch is on order for 2020.
