Huebsch recently honored several distributors at a ceremony held recently at the Foundation Room inside the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.
Among the award winners, Gulf States Laundry Machinery Co. was recognized for top sales achievement over prior year for Huebsch in the Southern Region. The Houston, Texas office grew sales 21 percent over prior year, while maintaining a dominant presence in its territory.
“Gulf States continues to be a shining star for Huebsch,” said Kathryn Rowen, North American sales manager for Huebsch. “The whole organization exudes a passion to serve customers at the highest level. They truly are leaders in their market.”
Started in 1984 by owners Harish and Pravin Parmar, Gulf States Laundry Machinery Co. is one of the largest distributors of vended laundry, on-premises laundry and dry cleaning equipment in the United States. The company has an Atlanta, Ga. office as well.
“Gulf States and Huebsch has been a great partnership through the years,” Harish said, adding “We are proud to represent the brand in our markets.”
