This strategic acquisition includes a 30,000-square-foot processing facility, which will be rebranded as Linen King. The addition strengthens HLSG’s regional presence across Missouri and Kansas and reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality linen services to healthcare providers throughout the Midwest, according to a news release.
Penn Enterprises has deep roots in government contracting and a strong track record in both military and healthcare laundry services. Penn has processed over 44 million pounds of laundry annually for the Department of Defense and has operated full-service hospital laundries since its founding. This acquisition strengthens our position in the healthcare market by adding a proven operator with extensive experience in medical linen services.
