Milnor’s Hurricane Ida Update

Following Hurricane Ida, which made landfall in Southeast Louisiana on Sunday, August 29,
2021, Milnor is grateful to report that their facilities are in good shape. The Milnor factory sustained very minor damage, including a few fences knocked down, according to a news release.

The company’s business continuity plan was initiated on Monday, August 30th. The company’s computer systems, e-mail and phone system have been operational during the storm and continue to operate at this time.

“While we are still waiting on water and electricity to return to service, we anticipate parts order fulfillment to resume within the next two days,” a Milnor representative reported. “We are actively working with logistic companies to resume shipments of orders. In the meantime, the Milnor industry-leading dealer network across North America and the world are in full operation providing technical support and have an inventory of spare parts.”
