TCATA’s Annual Conference

TCATA’s 2015 Annual Management and Educational Conference will be held from July 29 – August 1 in Napa Valley, California and rooms at the Silverado Resort are filling up quickly. Conference Chair Michael Leeming of Parker Boiler Company and the conference committees have planned a strong program with noted speakers.

Steve Kallenbach of American Dawn will speak about “Delighting the Customer” and “Customer Onboarding”; Dr. Chris Kuehl of Armada Corporate Intelligence will speak on “The Good, Bad and Ugly of the 2015 Economy”; and, Rory Vaden, co-founder of Southwestern Consulting, will present “Take the Stairs,” talking about how success means doing things we don’t want to do.

The wine country of northern California has always been a popular destination for TCATA’s conference. This time, attendees will see a renovated resort, with most rooms having recently been upgraded. Additionally, one of the resort’s golf courses was re-done and now ranks as one of the top courses in California.

Napa Valley is the nation’s top area for wine and tours of the local wineries are attractions for the area. However, other activities are plentiful. Check out www.napavalley.com for more information.

Attendees can expect another memorable TCATA event during the gathering at the historic V. Sattui Winery Thursday evening for a reception and dinner. To learn more about this beautiful winery, visit www.vsattui.com. The TCATA Annual Management & Educational Conference is only open to TCATA members.
