The Association for Linen Management (ALM) has announced its Board of Directors who will begin their terms on July 1, 2026, marking the next chapter in the association’s commitment to developing leaders and strengthening the future of the textile care industry. This year’s Board reflects more than representation across healthcare and commercial laundry. It represents a deliberate approach to leadership that connects operational expertise with long-term industry impact.
Leading the Board as Chairman is Liz Remillong, Core Linen Service, who will guide the organization’s strategic direction in the coming year. Supporting her as Vice Chairman is Rocco Romeo, HLS, who transitions into this role after previous service as treasurer.
Also serving on the Executive Committee are:
· Immediate Past Chairman: Chip Malboeuf, ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists
· Treasurer: Jason Hartsell, UHS
· Secretary: Nathan Rivers, RLLD, Veterans Affairs
The Board also includes the following Directors:
· Matt Schlimgen, Novo Health Services
· Christopher Christie, CLLM, MHLM, Henry Ford Health System
· Sarah Sinclair, Texo
In addition, Sarah Sinclair, Texo, has been appointed to serve as a Director, bringing a valuable supplier perspective and further strengthening the Board’s cross-sector insight.
This Board includes both returning leaders and newly elected officers confirmed through ALM’s slate process, reflecting a balance of continuity and new perspective.
ALM also extends its appreciation to outgoing Board members for their service and contributions, recognizing their role in advancing the association and strengthening the industry.
“This Board represents where our industry is going,” said Sarah Brobeck, RLLD, president & CEO. “We are not just filling seats. We are intentionally leveraging the Board’s expertise to support the development of leaders. These individuals understand operations, invest in people, and are committed to raising the standard across the entire textile care continuum.”
The ALM Board of Directors plays a critical role in shaping the association’s priorities, advancing education and certification pathways, and ensuring the industry is equipped with the leadership needed to meet evolving demands.
