Royal Basket Trucks Inc., an American manufacturer of laundry carts and materials handling solutions, has been manufacturing carts for 40 years. From poly tubs and turnabout trucks to bulk poly trucks and recycle carts with forklift bases, their capabilities are looking to be endless.
In the fall of 2019, Royal® began an 80,000 sq. ft. addition to their Wisconsin manufacturing facility. With this expansion they were able to bring their rotational molding operations in-house.
Since then, Royal® has continued to grow and expand manufacturing capacities to facilitate large quantity orders on a short lead time. Looking ahead, Royal® will be installing additional rotational molding equipment. This will allow them to produce a higher volume of quality carts and containers with short turnaround times.
