Cintas on Forbes’ List of ‘Best Large Employers’

Cintas Corporation has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Large Employers of 2024 for the second straight year, according to a news release. The annual ranking highlights companies with outstanding survey feedback from current and past employees as well as industry peers and consumers. Cintas is joined on the list alongside companies such as Microsoft, Delta Airlines, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Industry peers and employee-partners continue to recognize Cintas as a great place to work.

“This recognition by Forbes is a reflection of Cintas’ concerted effort to continue prioritizing the needs of our workforce to create a collaborative and caring work environment,” said Todd Schneider, Cintas president and CEO. “We are honored to receive this recognition, especially when it comes from the feedback of our employee-partners and peers.”

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile its list based on an independent survey of over 170,000 United States employees from all industry sectors working for companies employing at least 5,000 people within the United States.

The final score is based on two types of evaluations:

Personal – Given by employees themselves, also known as direct evaluations.

Public – Given by friends and family members of employees or members of the public who work in the same industry, also known as indirect evaluations, with a much higher weighting of personal evaluations.

Cintas is consistently recognized as a great workplace and was most recently named one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies in 2024. Last year, Cintas was also recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity, Best Employers for Women and Best-in-State Employers. Newsweek also named Cintas as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity and Greatest Workplaces for Women.
