EVI Industries, Inc. announced that it completed the previously announced acquisition of Huntley, Illinois based Haiges Machinery, Inc. Haiges Machinery is the Company’s 29th acquisition in the commercial laundry distribution and service industry and the first (1st) in the Midwest region of the United States.
