ImageFIRST, a provider of medical linen rental and laundry, announced the acquisition of two franchises; Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, according to a news release. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We are excited to officially welcome the Los Angeles and Las Vegas teams into the ImageFIRST organization,” said ImageFIRST President and CEO, Jim Cashman. “And, we look forward to continuing to provide world-class, uninterrupted service to the healthcare providers in the greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas regions.”
ImageFIRST continues to expand its national footprint through a combination of organic and acquisition-driven growth. Demand for its services has substantially increased as medical providers are looking for ways to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and sanitize common points of infection — including linen. The company recently announced that their wash is effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
ImageFIRST has 41 locations nationwide that serve over 14,000 medical facilities every week.
