Vestis Corporation, a provider of uniforms and workplace supplies, announced that Kelly Janzen, executive vice president and CFO, will depart the company to pursue other opportunities, according to a news release.
In conjunction with this leadership transition, Vestis has appointed Adam K. Bowen, vice president of financial planning & analysis, as interim CFO.
Bowen brings more than 20 years of strategic finance experience to Vestis, having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sonder, Inc. and BlueLinx Holdings Inc. Mr. Bowen joined Vestis in February 2025.
Vestis has engaged a leading executive search firm to conduct a comprehensive internal and external search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer, overseen by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.
