Blenda has overseen the organization of warehouses to facilitate streamlined access to parts and equipment. During her tenure at Faultless Linen (now ImageFirst), as a Maintenance Technician and Manager, she was responsible for launching complex plant operations, including managing boilers, tunnels, dryers, and more. Her commitment to safety was evident through her thorough adherence to maintenance procedures, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with lockout-tagout protocols.
