Laundry Systems of Tennessee Promotes Sean Cloonan

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Sean Cloonan was recently promoted from service technician to service manager at Laundry Systems of Tennessee. Cloonan, who joined the laundry equipment distributorship in 2012, goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, said Jeff Large, Laundry Systems of Tennessee owner.
“Sean is an extremely hard worker who gives his utmost to help out customers in need of technical service,” Large said. “He’s smart, a good leader and easy to work with.”

In his new role, Cloonan manages a factory-trained team of service technicians to ensure prompt service and over-the-phone troubleshooting. He also oversees parts inventory and distribution.

“As service manager, my number one goal is to help the customer,” said Cloonan. “When customers request service, our goal is to be at their location within 24 hours.”

A full-service laundry equipment distributorship, Laundry Systems of Tennessee specializes in the development of on-premise, industrial and vended laundries. The family owned company provides a wide breadth of products, including washers, dryers, feeders, ironers, folders, stackers and ozone systems, as well as a fully stocked parts warehouse and a staff of factory-trained technicians.
