A 42-year-old employee at EcoDirect Laundry and Cleaners recently died stuck between a dryer and conveyor system during his shift at the facility in Niles, Illinois.
Pascual Gonzales-Hernandez was later seen on surveillance video trying to remove a towel hanging from a dryer in front of a conveyor system.
