Miele Professional Opens Advanced Technology Training Center

Miele Professional, a global leader in state-of-the-art, commercial-grade appliances, announced the grand opening of an advanced technology training facility at its headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey. The center further demonstrates Miele’s commitment to excellence in service and sales through comprehensive training and development for customers and partners.  An open house for the new Princeton, New Jersey center is set for the week of June 24.  

“We are thrilled to open our new training facility, which offers a comprehensive environment to fully experience our products,” said Scott Lombardi, U.S. Country Director, Miele Professional. “The state-of-the-art center enhances learning through advanced tools and resources that allow for effective troubleshooting and additional support and exemplifies our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest service standards and product excellence.” 

The facility will be fully operational with running water and electricity for demonstrations and hands-on training, with specialized areas for laundry, laboratory, dental and dish units, as well as conference room space for technical support group meetings. The training center has been designed to embody Miele’s four pillars: 

Customers: Customers and partners will benefit from a hands-on, immersive learning environment to experience the full range of Miele products and gain a deep understanding of each unit’s capabilities. 

Employees: Miele is investing in their workforce by equipping trainers and technicians with the tools and capabilities needed to troubleshoot effectively and respond immediately – even virtually as needed. This empowers employees to deliver top-tier support and service, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence. 

Sustainability: The size of units and the ADA-compliant design of the facility allow Miele to conduct all training in a more efficient way, reducing the need for travel. This approach aligns with the company’s sustainability goals that include minimizing their carbon footprint and promoting other environmentally friendly practices.
