Nominations are open for ARTA’s Nate Belkin Award for Excellence in Marketing Reusable Textiles. The deadline for submissions is March 30.
The award is given to an ARTA member company that best exemplifies ARTA’s mission. It recognizes excellence in marketing reusables and is presented at ARTA’s Breakfast at Clean, held the second day of the exhibition. Nonmembers are welcome to attend.
ARTA founded the Nate Belkin award in 2017. Nate Belkin, PhD, founded ARTA in 1982 while working for Fashion Seal Healthcare. He passed in 2010.
Award Criteria
— Nominations are open to all ARTA members, both laundries and supplier companies.
— A Nominating Committee of two operators and two suppliers from the ARTA Board will review nominations and make a recommendation on the finalists for the award.
— Nominators must submit an online application form at www.ARTA1.com, which includes a 150- to 200-word rationale for receiving the award. Work samples can be attached to the nomination form or mailed to ARTA.
