Phelps announced the acquisition of A&M Services, a family-owned textile rental company located in Spencer, Iowa. This acquisition allows the company to continue A&M’s long-standing tradition of reliable, customer-first service while expanding its footprint further into Iowa, and into parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Nebraska, according to a news release.
Phelps has built its business on people, treating customers like family and showing up every day with dependable service and care. A&M shares that commitment, and Phelps is honored to continue the traditions they’ve cultivated since 1921, the company says.
All current A&M employees will remain on the team, ensuring customers continue to work with the same familiar faces and trusted contacts. Ryan Kasperbauer, who carried on his family’s legacy at A&M, will now serve as Spencer’s Branch Manager, leading alongside his team. Together, Ryan and his group strengthen Phelps’ dedication to people-first service and deep community roots.
