Tritex Services, a provider of uniforms, facility services, mats, towels, aprons, and healthcare linen since 1989, announced the acquisition of Jackson Mat and Towel of Calhoun, GA, according to a news release. The acquisition was finalized on February 21, 2025.
This strategic acquisition marks an exciting step forward for Tritex Services, owned and operated by Jeff and Anita Forester. With a longstanding commitment to quality and customer service, Tritex has served businesses across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama for more than three decades.
“This acquisition allows us to expand our service area further south-strengthening our presence between Chattanooga and Atlanta,” said Jeff Forester, president Tritex Services. “We’re also thrilled to welcome the Jackson team to Tritex and look forward to growing together.”
Jackson Mat and Towel, owned by Alan and Donna Jackson, has been in operation since 2005. The company has built a solid reputation providing facility services, mats, and towels to businesses from Ringgold, GA to the northern metro Atlanta area. Jackson Mat and Towel has served its customers with care and dedication for nearly 20 years.
This acquisition enables Tritex to strengthen its presence in Northwest Georgia and extend its footprint further south, enhancing service coverage between Chattanooga and Atlanta. Existing Jackson Mat and Towel customers will benefit from Tritex’s broader product offerings and expanded customer service capabilities.
