Visitors to the White Conveyor booth can watch the CUS Order Assembly System automatically sort and assemble customer orders effortlessly. Integrated with any POS system, orders are assembled and ready for bagging.
With only one operator, this new workhorse can load up to 600 pieces per hour and assemble up to 150 orders per hour (4 pieces per order).
The standard CUS Order Assembly System is configured with a single load station and 4 drop stations. The configuration can be modified to accommodate additional drop and load stations. Information is automatically imported from the POS system and utilized by the CUS Order Assembly System computer interface.
