WSI Named a 2026 Cincinnati Top Workplace

Washing Systems (WSI) has been recognized as a 2026 Cincinnati Top Workplace, an honor awarded by Enquirer Media based solely on employee feedback.

This distinction reflects the voices of WSI team members, with more than 100 employees participating in an independent, third-party survey that measures workplace culture, engagement, and organizational health. The results underscore WSI’s continued commitment to fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

“Being named a Top Workplace is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees,” said Cliff Dietrich, VP of HR and Organizational Development, “Their feedback and engagement are what make WSI a strong organization, and this recognition reinforces the culture we’re building together.”

Only 127 companies were selected for this year’s Cincinnati Top Workplaces list, placing WSI among a distinguished group of organizations recognized for excellence in employee experience. While this recognition is specific to the Cincinnati region, WSI is a global organization with employees across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

The Cincinnati Top Workplaces program evaluates companies based on employee feedback measuring key drivers of engaged cultures, including alignment, execution, and connection. This recognition underscores WSI’s commitment to its people as a critical driver of business success and reflects a culture that extends across its international footprint.
