After less than five months of exhibit space sales, Clean 2017 booth square footage has already surpassed total footage at the past four Clean Shows. Exhibit space sold reached 200,606 square feet on Oct. 6 with 307 exhibiting companies, including 22 new to the Clean Show, signing up, according to Clean Show management. The trade show will be held June 5-8 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The Clean Show is the world’s largest exposition for the laundering, drycleaning and textile services industry. It brings together more than 11,000 people from around the world to see the latest products and equipment. Show attendees can compare working equipment to determine what best suits their business, and can see and touch virtually every product the industry has to offer. The show also offers more than 40 hours of education to meet the needs of all industry segments.
“Momentum from Clean 2015 in Atlanta continues toward making the 2017 show a success,” says John Riddle, president of Riddle & Associates, the show’s management company. “We still have lots of good booth locations and are confident that the exhibit hall will fill up to capacity.”
Registration to attend the show opens in early November. The Clean Show also has contracted with several Las Vegas hotels to offer special rates and amenities, many of which have not been in previous Clean Show hotel packages. Housing will open later in November. Only hotel reservations made through the show’s official reservation company will receive the contracted amenities.
Attendees should be cautious about unauthorized people offering hotels or services claiming to be from the Clean Show.
Companies interested in exhibiting are encouraged to book space as early as possible. The World Educational Congress for Laundering and Drycleaning, the show’s formal name, held its first Clean Show in 1977. The show has been held every two years since.
