Ecolab Chairman and CEO Doug Baker ranks 41 in Harvard Business Review’s 2016 list of the Best-Performing CEOs in the world.
In compiling the top 100 list, Harvard Business Review measured the effectiveness of CEOs of S&P Global 1200 companies across the length of their tenures.
There were 33 new CEOs on the list this year, including two from other Minnesota companies: Ken Powell of Golden Valley-based General Mills, ranked number 71; and Jeff Ettinger of Austin-based Hormel Foods at 84. Doug Baker was ranked 98 on last year’s list.
